Something for everyone. This is a great book. It is so easy to follow and you can select exercises according to your needs. The beautiful illustrations ensure you are undertaking the exercises correctly. This book is a must have for anyone who thought they couldn’t do yoga. It is gentle but effective and produces noticeable results with regular use. The writer has also produced an excellent DVD which is perfect if you want a sequence of exercises and a wonderful relaxation session. 🙂

Desk yoga and beyond! Well organized, clear line drawings although I wish there were photos instead. Helpful for people that cannot do yoga positions on the mat because of physical disabilities.
