Just for me! You must have written this book just for me! I am constantly stressed out or anxious about something. I love this manuscript. It’s brief and to the point. I marked the section on “Herbal Remedies for Stress” and I am definitely working on releasing negative thoughts quickly and adopting a more positive outlook on life. Thanks so much for what you’ve done here. I found it helpful and I believe others will too.

Get rid of your stress NOW! This is a self help book that gives you very simple techniques / natural approaches. It explains and guides you through the process of understanding and reducing your daily stress levels. The title says it all! It is short; took me an afternoon to read. However, you will find yourself drawn back to it, in sections, or rereading it again. Its chapters are set up for easy reference. I found the book very easy to read, entertaining 🙂 , and well written. I have attempted several self help books in my past and stopped because I was so lost that I decided maybe I didn’t want to help myself that badly after all! This book suggests meditation, yoga, and aroma therapy to name just a few of my favorites. I have been practicing meditation everyday for at least five minutes. It seems to be becoming easier each time. I have to say that reading what stress does to us, not just mentally, but physically is so incredible. You can improve your overall health like your cholesterol levels for…
